If you do not want to leave your house but you have a huge lawn then you can do brisk walking around your house. By increasing your speed in walking, your body burns more calories because you need more energy to keep up with your pace.
  • To build arm strength you need to do push-ups. Push-ups are a form of strength training. It strengthens you arms because during this weight loss exercise your arms are required to support 70% of your total body weight. Doing 2-3 sets of 20 push-ups is enough to increase your resting metabolic rate and helping your body utilize more stored fat.
  • For a whole body aerobic workout, you can do jumping jacks. This type of weight loss exercise is perfect for people who prefer to stay at home. Doing 2-3 sets of 20 jumping jacks is enough. However, if you live in an apartment it would be ideal that you do jumping jacks on the balcony.
  • A weight loss exercise does not require you to spend hundreds of dollars to gym memberships. In fact, you can do any weight loss exercise right in the comfort of your own home.
