Things You Should Avoid During Pregnancy

Pregnancy is a period in your life when you have to be cautious about yourself. Numerous elements affect the growth of a baby. There are some things you should not do for the health of your developing baby. There are abortions risks that you’ve to alert of.

Do not drink alcoholic beverage! You are going to threaten your child’s growth. If you do not wish to get under weight baby, and experiencing medical examination troubles, it’s advised stop drinking as you know that you have conceived.

  1. Do not take coffee. Caffeine in the coffee bean has been recorded to impact fetal pulse rate. Caffeine can also increase the chances of stretch marks. If you can not stop it instantly, make efforts to give up step by step.

  4. Do not take drugs or try herbal cures that are not suggested by doctors. What you ingest could affect your developing baby.
  5. Do not forget to use nourishing nutrients. Proper nutrition is essential to a developing baby. At least you should take 500- 800 micrograms of folic acid, green vegetables, citrus juices, and beans are a good source of it.
  6. Do not make love with multiple sex mates which may cause delivery and gestation problems induced by STD’s (sexually transmitted diseases) chance. Once you get sexually transmitted disease, you may have preterm baby or miscarriage.

Prevention is better for your and your child. If you can forbid yourself by not practicing those sorts of actions, hopefully you will have a fit and healthy child. Try to know this on the beginning of your pregnancy.
