All across the western world people suffer because of obesity. Most of the obese people are afraid or are discouraged to lose weight because they think that it involves starvation. That is not true! You don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight and get a great and slim body again. Our natural instinct tells our body to eat when it feels hunger. There is no reason to try to change that, because it will lead to other problems. Duromine medication is a medicine used for decreasing the body weight of the obese people.

To lose weight and to keep your stomach happy are not two opposite things. You only have to make a schedule of your meals. You need to eat at regular intervals of time. The first step is to avoid getting a snack between the main meals. The snacks don’t do any good to your body, they transform into fat right away. To avoid feeling miserable you should eat 5-7 small meals every day. You should begin in the morning with a fruit, a cup of tea or a yogurt. After that, at noon time you should eat a soup or a salad. In the evening you can eat some chicken or fish – never eat red meat!

Never skip a meal. There is a popular belief that if you will not eat breakfast you will be more active in the day. That is not true, by skipping meals you will tend to eat more at the next one and fat will begin to build up. Also skipping meals affects your metabolisms, and your body will enter the survival mode and will try to burn less calories. That’s the opposite thing you need, you want to burn a lot of calories to lose weight.

Try to avoid eating semi-prepared products. They contain a lot of chemicals, preservatives and hormones that will affect your metabolism. The hormonal balance is very important for a body, because different hormones dictate different functions of the body. If you eat food that has a lot of growth hormones some will transfer in your blood and you will begin to gain weight.

Another good trick is to eat slowly and to chew your food for a longer time. The body only feels the stomach getting full after 20 minutes. Also, by doing this, you can enjoy all the taste from your food and feel happy.

So as you can see there is no need to starve yourself. All you need to do is to change your way of life a little bit and you will enjoy life.
