Proper nutrition

A significant portion of the female population pay more attention to physical appearance. In this case, diet plays the most important. So we sugest adequate fiber consumption (at least 20 to 30 g / day) in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables, wheat bran and seeds. Insoluble fibers increase the degree of hydration of the “chair” in the colon and thereby facilitate evacuation, thus increasing the mass, the volume and moisture level. Consumption of probiotic milk products, contribute to improving the intestinal transit. A healthy diet for the digestive system, involves regular consumption of dairy products.

Also, consumption of whole grains or whole wheat bread is very important, even more if are among those who have a slow intestinal transit or are suffering from constipation, whole wheat products are among the healthiest foods you can choose. Indeed, the abuse of carbohydrates can lead to weight gain, but obesity is caused mainly by consumption of refined products and “fast food”.

For healthy digestion, don’t exclude from your diet protein. You can find in eggs, fish or soy products. Fill your diet with lots of green leafy vegetables (spinach, loboda, nettles), but also with fruit that offer vitamins. You need to eat about five servings of vegetables per day.
