Involve physical activity, energy consumption and accumulation. These situations are equally necessary for a healthy life. In addition, physical activity is one that recharge your batteries and lack of energy. I do not want to start here a theory to look in greater or lesser extent, with those you’ve already read, but, in the midst of this “weird” that bring energy and physical movement tone, there is a whole physiological process, complicated and complex. What you must remember is that you are doing a good thing!
Here are 18 advantages of exercising regularly (some funny):
- The exercise, made constant, even at lower intensity, decrease by up to 40% the risk of a cancerous disease.
- Reduce blood pressure for a long time (48-72 hours).
- Reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and myocardial infarction.
- Reduce by half the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
- Reduce what doctors call “bad cholesterol” and stimulate the replacement of the “good cholesterol”.
- Physical activity is a valuable adjunct in the fight against obesity.
- Reduced by 50% the risk of developing type II diabetes.
- Reduce the risk of depression
- Exercise significantly reduced risk of osteoporosis.
- Support and develop muscle strength (and nobody knows when you need it …).
- Relieves back pain by toning your muscles.
- Compensates the absence of other satisfactions and needs ( I’m not thinking about sex, I think the pleasure of eating chocolate!).
- Improve respiratory function.
- Improves coordination and stimulates reflex responses (so important in the infernal traffic, driving, for example).
- Improves your general balance.
- It works like a “medicine” against insomnia, that induces sleep (but only when you need).
- Diminish the effects of stress.
- Develop self-confidence (and youknow the benefits of self-confidence).
Another argument in favor of exercise is that such activity fight against aging effects.
Americans showed a study by scientists of the Faculty of Medicine, Stanford University, California, result of research carried out for 25 years on subjects who performed exercise on a regular basis. Those subjects suffered from a smaller number of medical conditions, had a longer active life and have experienced 50% less risk of dying around the age of 60 years than inactive people. The conclusion was that the benefits of regular physical movement are even higher than they currently believe.
A secret: the study showed that long-term benefits for the body occur if you do least four hours of physical exercise per week.
