<p>For thousands of years, Yoga has been evolving into a very complex discipline, involving the mind, the body and the soul. In Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism, yoga means spiritual discipline and has changed its main purpose over the centuries, from understanding the world to self-enlightenment</p>

<p>You may be astonished but actually a lot of people choose the vegetarian lifestyle for health reasons. Being a vegetarian myself for over two years now I can assure you that the absence of meat in your food has many health benefits. Before I changed my eating habits I regularly fell ill several times a year. Cough, cold, fever, you name it, I had it all. Often I was bedridden for several days. But those times are over now! In the last two years ever since I gave up my existence as an omnivore (a meat eater) I have been ill only once and the disease left as quickly as it came.</p>
